Our realtor recommended Bill's Home Inspection for our home inspection prior to settlement. Because of the urgency in getting the inspection done before returning to Virgina, they made an exception & scheduled us promptly & sent the report to us expeditiously for our review before leaving...giving us the opportunity to submit any counter offers before settlement. Physical inspection & report were very thorough...even photos were taken to better explain any problems. Highly recommend Bill's for home inspections & we intend to use his pest control services in the future.
