Mike thought that he was just doing the common areas, he called me up, and I told him we wanted him to service every unit that would answer. There are 21 units at that condo building. He handled it like a pro, and everyone was happy. We changed to Rose from another company mainly because of Otis and the exemplary service he always maintains. We are working on bringing Rose to all the buildings we manage. The work always gets done, we don't have to call back and reschedule when something goes wrong, and it's much less hassle than most of your competition.
