My first time using this company. They were quick to schedule the appointment for an initial pest control. The tech was on time and was done outside before a quick downpour. The only issue I had was the friendliness of the tech. He wasn't very talkative and didn't provide any additional information about what he was planning to do so I had to ask questions. Hopefully the next quarter visit will be better.
