This was my first time using a pest control company and I have to say, I am beyond pleased with them. I made the mistake of scheduling them to come when I wasn't home. I had been stressed and just completely forget about the stupid gate. Thank God they are wonderful, caring people. They completely understood and Kaci scheduled Manny to come back out. Manny was very understanding and patient with me. I am very pleased with their customer service and their work!
