The person scheduling my service gave me some misinformation about what was to happen. I, a returning customer, was seeking pest control (rats) and was told I was to receive a full home/property inspection on the initial day, but that was not correct. I had to have the tech help get it corrected. Apparently Serena is not part of pest (termites and critters) control department; however, Richard and the follow-up inspector, Nancy, were excellent.
