Ben came for our first appointment and was courteous and knowledgeable. However, he wasn't properly equipped. He installed prior-generation rodent traps and didn't even have enough of those. He promised our service would be appropriately updated shortly, but nothing has changed after two weeks. As a result, we feel like we paid for initial service that has not yet been delivered. We're disappointed.
