My initial visits from William were great. He took his time to figure out where my insects were and then was very thorough in the treatment plan to eradicate them. Unfortunately my fall service was a new tech and it seems there was no communication between the 2 technicians ( or file read) and now need another visit. Lack of Continuity of service is a red flag. I need to be home to watch what is done. Not certain I will continue after my contract expires.
