Robert visited my property for the first time on Monday, June 10. Although the reminder message I received prior to his visit indicated he would arrive in the morning, he did not show up until some time after noon. Since I was home anyway, it didn't really matter but since this was his first visit, it gave us time to discuss my service expectations. He was courteous, listened to me and clearly explained what he had done prior to his leaving.
