I don’t understand the billing system and why it always shows that I owe more than I do. e.g.,last I looked it said there was an unresolved issue for $150 last August 2019 which I know was paid in full. No one seems to answer my inquiry about this so it doesn’t exactly make me happy. I ‘ll reserve the star rating until it’s resolved Thanks.
