Service was ok. Customer service from whomever answered the phone in the office was lacking. We had an issue with facilitating payment with our location being a non-profit and not a private residence. Tone of the conversation was as if our service was a nuisance and more trouble than it's worth. We are open to one more quarterly service and then we will decide if we need to move to another company or not.
