Very impressed so far. Russ was very professional and explained exactly what he was going to do to eliminate the carpenter ants and ever since his treatment we have not seen any ants in the house. I like that he uses a needle probe to get into the areas of most concern without drilling holes or just fogging the whole house. I am so impressed that I plan on signing up for the annual prevention treatments.
