Once the on site teams (the tech and the tech manager) got involved it became very very responsive. However, the engagement process at the office level when the first contacts were made was rather poor in response time.

Can't say that at any given time during this engagement that I thought I made the most lucrative career choices when I was presented with the cost of the removal service.
