I've recommended the service to two friends. One called you twice and never received a call back. I hope I hear better for the second friend I gave rec to. The monthly service is nice to have and the price is fair. I do receive quick service when/if I experience pests. I would like the robo-call to say the time estimate of appt not just day. I have dogs and need to put them inside during the service time.
The only reason I am rating Cody with 2 stars is because he left my gate open and my dog escaped. It could have been really horrendous if something happened to her. She was out for over 20 minutes before I realized the gate was left open.
