The usual employee (who was great) had someone new who seemed to be "in charge". As soon as coming in, he said they were just going to do the outside ... which is just checking two containers! I asked if the $95 charge would be cut in half. He agreed to check the inside. I get mice in the garage and have glue traps in 4 corners. I also have a "dirt crawl space" which is where mice hang out. Have a lot of crickets which I like to leave the glue traps for. Usually empty them myself, but have you do when you come also. I don't know who this other person was, but please do not send him again! Thanks.
