I am not happy with overall services, I started my contract with PestBear since September 2019 along with my two cousins (2707, 2715 and 2721 Storybrook Preserve Dr, Odessa, FL-33556). we have been told to take care of weed completely and keep the grass green and stain-free, however, we have lots of weeds at the backyard, that should not grow after taken care of by PestBear. I have to clean weeds every weekend by myself.
After my cousin complains, someone from PestBear came and treated grass on 1/15/2020 and advice to wait till 10 to 14 days for the result.
This is not about pointing someone but it's all about service. since you guys do all pest control and other stuff to keep grass weed and stain-free, why the new weeds grow. it should not happen.
