First time using; needed the inspection to go to settlement. Inspector was kind and knowledgeable about his job. The set up was unclear, communication seemed to have Dropped as I wasn't expecting him that day nor did he have the house key code needed to get inside but the inspection and inspector himself were professional and timely.
