I was told by your salesmen Carl Mattox that someone would go into my attic and look for any dead rodents, because we could smell a dead rat in the house. So we agreed to your service. When the service person came he said it was too hard to get to the area where the dead rodent was so he would not do that. He said the smell would go away in about a week. That did not happen and soon the house was invaded by flies. I hired someone else and they went up into the attic and removed the dead rat. The smell went away and no more flies.
Don't bother to come and rebait the traps, your services are no longer needed.
Buy the way, your service man was a very nice individual but that didn't solve my problem.
