Didn't show up on scheduled appt. day, showed up late next day and couldn't finish and then waited 2 additional days for them to come finish the work. Field employee said we would get photos of completion, office advised they don't normally do that but sent them upon request. Limited photos showed new damage to roof tiles, it has been 6 days since I notified them to make repairs and have no response to date.
