Scheduled an appt and was promised they would come out to do service, they showed up at the house, never called me, and left... so then I rescheduled the appt over the phone, this time making sure they know to call me so I can let them in. When I called again to confirm they were coming out, they had forgotton to put me on the schedule and I had to call to get the manager to come out. Mind you I had to bored my dogs due to the chemicals and this was an extra days cost due to them not showing up... would not use this company again.
