After seeing a couple of rats run across our driveway when driving into the detached garage at night, we needed to do something to make sure we didn't have a rodent problem in our crawl space and/or attic. We called McCall and they sent Shaun out to make sure all openings in our house, both crawl space and attic, were secured so no rodents could enter the house. He then set out traps in both locations and came back several times over about 10 days. One HUGE rat was trapped under the house. We're also pleased to have the security of being able to call McCall for service if we have additional rodent problems. We're very satisfied with the service.
