We've used value pest for just over 2 years. When they come out to service our home it's fast and we don't have issues with pests afterwards. We have had issues with one of the reps they sent out but they switched out reps for us when we called. It took a while to get them to start calling us to schedule appointment times instead of just showing up when we weren't home, didn't know they were coming and we needed them to spray inside our house. So we would miss that part of the service. But they will always come back out if needed.
Over all satisfied, espcially for the price we pay!..
