Service has been mediocre at best. In his notes from services provided on 31 August 2020, the technician made comments about areas of the yard that are not getting water. Are you kidding me? I would have to water my lawn 3-4 days a week for an hour per zone to equal the amount of rain we have been getting. Sounds like an excuse to write off poor lawn treatment to me. Additionally, I have about 400 sq feet of lawn experiencing a horrible weed problem, which I noted to the technician last time he was here. His notes from 31 August make no mention of these weeds which are extremely obvious and a severe detriment to the lawn. He treated the weeds during his last visit and the weeds have gotten dramatically worse since his treatment. I have opted to treat the weeds myself and will cancel Home Paramount when the one year contract is up.
