I was happy with the service provided by the pest control person. I also appreciated the man who came and fertilized the lawn. However, I have written to customer service twice, the first time August 21, the second time September 2, to ask when they will be coming back to treat my palms and bushes. I have had no response. So in my experience, their customer service department is terrible.
