They used to be pretty good.
I asked for my termite and moisture barrier inspection to be done the same day , was told that it wasn"t possible that I needed two separate days , I set up the second inspection and sat outside on my closed deck waiting for the inspector to show up for the moisture inspection.
I called while waiting to confirm the appointment, the guy was a "no show" . I was told that he came early at 1:45 , my appointment was for 2:30 , I called again to find out why he came so early , i didn"t believe he came at all that day . The woman I spoke to was very rude and screaming at me . I was suspicious because this wasn"t the first time I paid $265.00 but couldn"t tell if anything was done . I was told that they would check the inspectors GPS and call me back . Two months later I still hadn"t gotten a call back , so I called them . They sent out a manager to check the machinery . He lied at first that the equipment was checked already, but , later admitted that the inspector was a "no show" and supposedly did the inspection along with the termite inspection two days earlier , he also showed me what was to be done , he asked me for the water hose , sprayed the filter with it and that was it . $265 for him to spray water to clean the filter , (which wasn"t done last year ).
I am done !
