I have used Neuse for 12 years. Joe was my first tech and he came regularly and always left a receipt for services received. The last two quarterly pest services were disappointing since I have not received a receipt for services. Had I not been here I would not have known the service was done. I don't think sending a bill is the same as having the receipt for services done. I did not
pay him because I did not know he was coming today but I was waiting for him to let me know he was done and I would have paid him but since he left without leaving the receipt you will have to mail me a bill. This is why I did not rate the service well. Ray was very nice but I did not converse with him except to tell him I did not know he was coming and I was unable to pay. He did do the service I assume.
