The ultimate rating is weather or not the problem is resolved. Too early to tell yet. I had the treatment done this past Tuesday. The tech was here for 9minutes and sprayed my entire house ( Including Windows which leaves a film). I just think spending a bit more time and being careful with the spray would be in order for a $600. charge. We will see if it works.
