We have been using the service for almost a year now. The advance notice e-mail they send out helps us plan out our week. Our technician Jason is a very knowledgeable and personable individual, always taking time to chat about the service he performs and alerts us if there are issues that he sees that need to be addressed. Over all, my satisfaction level is an 11 on a scale of 10.
