I will most likely be canceling my service with you. I was told someone would come between 11-1 and no one showed up so I left my house to go the gym and then came home to shower. Thank god my curtains were shut and my dogs were inside... whoever the technician was hopped over my back deck that is fenced in and also where my bathroom window is (where I was in the shower). He could've have been bitten by my dogs if they would have been in the yard. I would have also liked for someone to come in to spray for spiders but at that point I was in the shower and wasn't coming outside to let anyone in my house. Again I was told between 11-1 and no one showed to 4:05pm.
