The person I spoke with in the phone for the initial consultation and quote was awesome - very professional and courteous, and I was very comfortable and pleased with my decision to use Rigo Pest Prevension.
However the technician that did the service was not as thorough nor professional. And as a result, the bees are back. Not pleased with my service at all.
