I was surprised on Saturday when the tech called and told me he was on the premisses and ready to service. He is very through and courteous and ready to work.
But I would like you to notify me at least two days in advance of the service date so I may alert my homeowners of your upcomming arrival. It would insure that I can send notice to everyone who wants service.
