First of all (not 100% sure I will get the name right) I didn"t even close my computer after finding this company that a young girl name "kailee" "Kayla" called me. She was awesome in getting me scheduled quickly (next day). She was friendly helpful. Second the tech Shane (I know his name because I have his business card lol) came in and even though I was prepared for a bit estimate he quite honestly told me that my problem was something that I could most likely fix myself. What? You mean you come here and are honest with me. That is so rare. Usually all people care about is the money they can collect but not Shane or the company. They cared about me. While I didn"t end up needing his services this time, this is the company I will call next time I have an issue. Accel corporate....these people you have locally represented your company with the upmost professionalism and honesty.
