This was the best service I've received since starting with fortified! I'm definitely not saying service before was bad by any means, but I felt today he really genuinely cared about coverage, making sure he got places that the last 2 didnt. I just felt he felt proud of his job, and happy to be doing it! Makes rethink discontinuing service, as I felt before I wasn't totally getting my monies worth! So thank you! He deserves a raise!
