Almost impossible to get a clear answer, from whoever answers the phone, about the particulars of the service rendered at our properties. I don't know who Marco is, so he got 1 star. We asked repeatedly to be contacted before the tech arrived on site and to be notified when the service was completed, but that never happened. The fly killing service paid for was ineffective and we have tried to get technicians back out to re apply, but it has been very difficult to coordinate anything. Some of the services are under 30 day guarantee, and it has not been exercised. The price quotes that Lonney Stambaugh provided for other properties differed greatly from other contracts we had received for other commercial properties we had serviced in the past. We have just had a lack luster experience over the past 2 months. Communication has been aweful.
