Unfortunately my particular pest problem did not fall into their wheelhouse, I had raccoons and they deal with mice - I understand raccoon removal requires a special license. Otherwise, they were prompt, friendly, did explore, and didn't charge me for the visit once they saw they could not perform this specific task. Jeramiah, was friendly, wore booties over his boots, and respectful of my home, and even took photos (which I could send to Master Trapper).
