I've been a customer for 2-3 yrs. now. Most of all, I appreciate the phone call that the tech is on the way.
Gretchen S. is my usual tech and she is outstanding with her service. She anticipates what might happen and helps me to efficiently get rid of insects and now rodents.
The rodents are very smart and persistent.
I did not see Brian. I requested service after 2:30 so I would be home for consultation. Brian was early, so he was gone by the time I arrived home... He was thorough, but I needed to talk to him.
I now need a follow-up service to bring me a couple of glue boards. Right now all of the traps are sprung and the bait is stolen in the kitchen.
We need to be smarter than the rats. Right now they win the battle.
