The technician from Bell Cow HVAC was on time and had the parts available to make the repair on our attic fan. I was sure that the fan and motor needed to be replaced and thought that the first visit would be used to troubleshoot the problem and then I'd have to wait on the parts to be ordered before the repair was completed. I was happily surprised when the technician told me that he had all of the parts on his truck. The technician completed the repair in approximately 90 minutes.
