Bugout Termite & Pest Control, Inc. is a great company to work with. Troy, Sr. performed an inspection on a house we are purchasing. Troy was prompt, professional, friendly, and responsive to all my questions. Based on his findings, he advised us but did not push any services on us or insist on periodic treatments. We have scheduled regular treatments, and I will write a follow-up review later. I feel confident it will be perfect. Also, I have had contact with the office staff. Heather is very friendly and responsive. I wish more businesses were this easy to work with.
