My home was treated with bait and snap traps for mice. I was also promised the Hoffman agent would return the following week to seal up possible entry points for the mice as well as remove any dead mice caught.
Well we caught one mouse. The agent seemed unaware of the plan to seal entry points. He had no equipment to do so. I gave him a towel and duct tape I had to cover a hole in my utility shed around some duct work.
He said he would look around outside my house but no other work was done.
I do still see some fresh signs of mice ( on my counter and in a cabinet). The snap trap are not catching any more mice.
