My wife has dealt with the insect control at our apartment house for over 15 years. We only know if it is effective if the tenants contact us. We have heard no reports of insect infestation. I did contact Home Paramount about 9 months ago to see if they treat for termites. I got no response from the message I left and I did not pursue that issue any further.
