THE WORST COMPANY EVER! They came knocking down my door begging for my business. We ran into an issue with my pool where the filter wouldn"t run properly. We were promised for WEEKS someone would come out and check on it. Well that took many phone calls to even get someone there. Finally they came and what do you know he couldn"t fix it and promised Jose could do it. Jose was scheduled for a repair on a Wednesday, changed our plans and he never showed. After calling them to find out where he was they told us he couldn"t make it because his route changed. Then a few hours later we received a phone from them looking to schedule an appointment. When we explained to them that Jose never showed they LIED and said they called us and we didn"t even answer (NOT TRUE!!) do you know both times they never even said they were sorry for this mistake up?!? SHAME ON THEM! There are a lot of pool companies in Florida and I will not be using them ever again!
