Josh Hartley did a very good job of follow-up treatment for my termite problem, far better than the initial treatment. He is very knowledgeable and conscientious about his work. Melissa, who accompanied Josh, was also very pleasant to work with. However, she promised to set up a date in the future for Josh to return for a follow-up inspection/treatment and notify me of that date. I am still waiting to hear from her.
