Everyone I worked with was very friendly & professional. Dave in Sales, the fine workmanship of the wood replacement guys, Manny & Alvaro, John who came recently to treat some spots ( I don’t recall who came out to do the initial treatment but he was good) & Michele who returns phone calls promptly & schedules the jobs. The cost is high but at least one has the feeling of confidence that Kilter strives to do a good job. I also liked that I wasn’t tented.
