Every time I call (and I call a lot during the spring/summer time), Laura who is in charge and owns the business totally get's me. She makes sure that I am satisfied even if they have to send someone out a few times to get to the root of the problem. We had other companies before Pest Shield and they are certainly the best! Jesse and Jason are awesome and very friendly!! We usually get bee's in our house during the spring and around the house - they are on top of it and get to the source one way or the other! Highly recommend!!
