All of the staff met so far have been pleasant and diligent in their work. One area for improvement might be to increase the frequency with which traps are checked and reset, as a five+ day gap seems a little long to me. That being said, maybe my expectations on that front are a little unreasonable. Based on what I have seen so far, I am pleased.
