All of the representatives that have come to the house have been wonderful, professional, and timely. The only issue we have had is with communication for setting appointments. There have been times that techs have come when we were't expecting them and there have been times when we have expected someone and they didn't show up. I call and the appt. that they called me about and I confirmed is not on their book. This has nothing to do with the techs.
