It was pouring rain all day. The tech never came to our office. He evidently sprayed around the residential home in the rain. We were never called ahead as we are supposed to be to schedule the visit. Very poor customer service. Don't want this tech back to our property ever again. I wouldn't give any stars but it makes me select at least 1.
