My consultant made me feel better about my dog catching some fleas, assured me it was not my fault. Viking was prompt at scheduling an appointment. My technician was also very friendly and professional. I know it sounds silly, but they way the consultant/technician treated me was important because infestations are so stressful. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars, is because I won't know until my follow up next week if I am truly flea-free. But as of right now I'm confident!
