We occasionally see a spider but that is about it. I suspect the cost of the chemicals is low (given retail stores sell the same or similar stuff); and I'm not sure of the travel time for the service man, but the price seems high for the service provided, given the amount of time the serviceman spends spraying (about 10 to 15 minutes)...
