Every since we had to switch from bugsmith to Home Paramount. I've seen a few roaches in my kitchen here and there.
I don't think you use the same program or the same care and attention to detail as the bugsmith did. The tech that was at my house in May this month was very knowledgeable and competent. I just think the treatment he has to use doesn't work as well.
