My bi-monthly pest control experience is somewhat different from my annual termite inspection. Bi-monthly pest control: Outstanding! Jose is always timely, polite, and professional--and he gets the job done every time! Annual termite service: I always feel I'm caught in a situation where I'm getting pressured in an effort to upsell me into the treatment-of-the-year! I got several professional opinions this year (including a professional home inspector) and am having some major work done under the house. We'll see if that takes care of the problem. I will say that I like the ease of use--I can always reach someone either by phone or online. :)
